I'm a local veteran looking for a reliable/quality builder to construct a pole barn at my residence in Cloverdale Indiana. Here is what I'm wanting built:

30ft x 40ft, 14ft walls. 10 ft lean to/porch running the length of the 30ft side and slightly around the corner on the 40ft side. 2 10x10 garage doors. 1 large slider door on the opposite side. 1 or 2 entry doors. Possibly 1 or 2 windows. Vapor barrier. Concrete floor throughout to include the porch area. Possibly a floor drain installed.

I have cash and ready for it to be built. Call or text with questions and estimates. I'm willing to change the design if someone has a better way about it. Again looking for a quality builder here. Thanks much.
